Hotel RIU Palace Bavaro

A welcoming place that invites you to sail the Caribbean Sea with pirate ships and where marine animals come to the surface to enjoy themselves without time or schedules. Letting our imagination run wild takes us to unsuspected places. This was the concept that inspired the Splash Water World water park, made up of a schooner that offers 30 play elements, such as water curtains, slides, cannons, lantern buckets and water jets so that children can feel like real pirates.

For the youngest children, a Splashpark was installed with games that generate interaction, activate motor skills and the sensations produced by water.

To complete the entertainment after a game in the water, a playground to complete the game at sunset, consisting of a slide tower with a climbing net, a pirate ship, logs to strengthen balance and the swallow dock that attracts the attention of both boys and girls.

The project was designed as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the RIU Palace Bavaro hotel, which has been transformed to offer a more segmented and personalised proposal, and has been developed in accordance with the new style that Riu Hotels & Resorts is implementing in all its renovations. A sober style, with soft and elegant tones that blend in with the surroundings.
