Camping La Ballena Alegre

The playground at Camping La Ballena Alegre is inspired by the marine environment, with a conceptual design that evokes summers of beach and waves, bringing children, boats and iconic elements such as a large whale to the shore. We designed this space with the aim of providing safe and educational entertainment for all ages, with facilities offering a wide variety of games and challenges. The main areas of the park are detailed below:

1.Children’s Playground Zone 1: Parque Travesía Marina

Description: A 147 m² play area that can accommodate 15 to 20 children simultaneously. It includes 9 play elements designed to encourage children’s physical activity and imagination.

Recommended for ages 4 to 12 years.

Elements:

• Whale: A large central element that acts as a visual attraction and meeting point.
• Slide: Two slides for different levels of excitement and challenge.
• Spiral Staircase and Walkway: Facilitate mobility and exploration within the play area.
• Climbing Net: Three nets allow children to climb and develop their motor skills.
• Fireman’s pole: An additional element to increase the variety of activities available.

2. Playground Zone 2

Description: A 112 m² play area suitable for younger children.

Recommended for ages 2 to 6 years. Capacity for 5 to 10 children simultaneously.

Elements:

• Log House: A cosy and safe space for the little ones to explore and play.
• Mini Whale Slide: A whale-shaped slide that offers a smooth and fun sliding experience.
• Muelle Mantarraya: A spring-loaded game that simulates a manta ray, ideal for swinging and fun.

This project at Camping La Ballena Alegre not only stands out for its attractive and thematic design, but also for its commitment to safety and quality. All materials and structures comply with European standards UNE-EN 17232, UNE-EN 1069, UNE-EN 1176 and UNE-EN 1177, ensuring that children can enjoy a safe and stimulating environment.
