Camping Marvilla Parks – Rivages des Landes

Surrounded by the lush greenery of the Landes region, a new play area emerges for families looking to enjoy summer outdoors. Rivages des Landes, one of Marvilla Parks’ family destinations, has renewed its children’s zone with a custom water play experience designed for movement, exploration, and fun in the heart of nature.

This dynamic and stimulating space expands the campsite’s leisure offer without compromising its natural essence. Every play element, route, and height has been tailored to match the pace of children aged 4 to 12, respecting their motor development, energy, and imagination.

The area covers 163 m² with a maximum depth of 35 cm and has been designed to comfortably host between 30 and 35 children at once. The 18 water play features —including slides, cannons, showers, decorative figures, and sensory devices— are divided into zones based on age groups. Play structures range in height from 1.5 to 5.3 meters to accommodate different stages of psychomotor development.

Here, nature takes shape through form, motion, and volume: organic elements inspire water jets, slides, and tipping buckets, while the environment is reflected in long-lasting, high-resistance materials ready for intensive use.

Working closely with the campsite management, we created an elegant, thoughtful design that blends into the landscape while enhancing the user experience.

The entire installation complies with European child safety standards EN-1176 and EN-1177, and is built with durable materials that help reduce maintenance needs and extend the lifespan of the facility.
