Creixell Camping & Family Resort

At Creixell Camping & Family Resort, we have created a water world inspired by the Mediterranean identity of the setting: the sea, the beaches, the traditional fishermen’s houses and the moments shared with family.

Esencia Mediterránea draws inspiration from the old fishermen’s houses, historically known as Les Botigues de Mar, creating a space that brings together heritage, nature and play. Water becomes the common thread throughout the different play areas, designed to encourage exploration, imagination and shared experiences.

With 599 m² of pool area, the project features 27 play elements and can accommodate between 60 and 65 children aged 2 to 10. It includes a children’s pool with a depth of 0.20 m and a bubble pool with a depth of 0.45 m, creating different areas and play experiences.

The layout of the elements encourages exploration, interaction and shared play, while the design blends naturally into the identity of the campsite.

The result is a small Mediterranean world where water, play and the surrounding environment come together to create a unique family experience, making aquatic leisure an essential part of the holiday experience.
