Description

The H10 Tindaya hotel sought to transform part of its sports activities area into a multigenerational aquatic leisure space. Its purpose was to create an area that would connect families and children of all ages, promoting joint fun and inclusion.

Design and theming We developed a Splashpark – a shallow water park – inspired by the island, the sea and the coast. This space is carefully segmented into play areas adapted to different ages, from toddlers to youngsters and adults. The play elements progressively increase in size and water flow, allowing a natural and safe transition between the different areas.

Sea area: Designed for the youngest children, it has floor jets that generate medium-height, gentle water jets. These games encourage exploration and interaction, allowing children to discover reactions such as increased pressure at other points when covering a water outlet.
Shore Zone: Includes larger elements and slightly higher water flow, appealing to older and younger children.
Beach and Island Zone: In this area, the rides reach their maximum visual and functional impact, with large structures, multiple water outlets and a giant bucket that periodically tips over, ensuring an exciting experience for all ages.

Innovation and sustainability The Splashpark has a manual activator that users can press to start the games. This system contributes significantly to water and energy savings, as it stops the operation of the elements when no one is in the park. This feature reinforces the project’s commitment to environmental sustainability.

Results and experience The Splashpark H10 Tindaya has established itself as a unique aquatic leisure space, providing an unforgettable experience for families and an added value to the hotel. Its themed design and multigenerational structure make it a main attraction for guests, fostering moments of connection and shared enjoyment.
